I love to craft and I've been having fun with StazOn. I've been using StazOn to stamp mermaids from "The Enchanted Gallery" [...] onto microscope slides and onto dominoes. The ink works great on non-porous surfaces. I'd like to see how well it works on shrinky dinks. Fun stuff.

I ordered the Stazon ink pad because it was recommended for use with stamps and watercolor paints. After stamping numerous images, I gave up and switched to an Archival ink pad advertised to be water resistant. The Archival ink stamped cleanly, evenly and thoroughly. The Stazon ink produced clumps of too much ink and areas of no ink at all on image after image. It may work fine on glass, metal, etc., but for me it did not work on paper.

GREAT STAMP PAD. INK STAMPS JET BLACK AND HAS RAISED SURFACE FOR STAMPS.GREAT FOR STAMPING ON MANY SURFACES BUT NOT FABRIC. I ALSO PURCHASED STAZON STAMP CLEANER AND INK REFILL.

 NOT for UV Coated Paper Oct 09, 2011

I bought this stamp pad because it was supposed to dry on all surfaces. NOT true. My application was to stamp dates on coupon cards that were UV coated. Not only did the stamp image look awful, but it never dried. It is misleading when the description says "can be used on non-porous surfaces".

This ink pad was purchased for use with our fingerprint guest book. The color was rich and vibrant and the ink provided perfect fingerprints!
