Gouging! Dec 17, 2008

Make sure that you pay attention to the shipping price for this item and others like it. $2.95 for the paper and they're asking $7.59 for shipping and handling? These are small pieces of paper folks. Check at a local art supply store, or even check the shelves at your local craft store. If you don't mind doing the cutting, you can get some good quality paper or cardstock for less than $1 a sheet and get 10 ATC sized cards from a single 8.5 x 11" sheet of paper. I found a beautiful selection of these same cards by Bristol and Strathmore (acrylic, watercolor, vellum, smooth etc.), and even some envelopes at a local art supply store. All were priced at $1.90 per packet (10 cards). The best option is to buy an entire pad of the paper, measure and cut it yourself. These shipping and handling ripoffs should be called what they are.
