Premiere Acrylic Color remains bright intense and permanent when dry. They can be diluted with water although we reccommend acrylic medium for better results. Soap and water clean-up. We rate this paint as a good student grade reccommended for High School artists and younger. Non-Toxic. College level artists may want to consider a higher level.
