From the description I expected to get full sized chips. Instead I got very small chips and can't use them. I didn't return them since it would have cost too much.

Do not buy from these people! that would be my strong recommendation.
i ordered from them in mid December, when i placed the order for a small amount on my Blackberry i was taken through to a payments page and then a final postal page. i didn't notice until too late that they had added on a postal charge that was more than twice the cost of the actual product. i tried to cancel the order but of course it was too late, it went through.
more than a month later i have received no product, i have tried chasing it and got nowhere, and no refund, no attempt at customer service on their part. i feel completely ripped off.
there are other companies that don't act like cowboys - i would seriously suggest going with one of them.

There were only two surprises with these poker chips when compared with a set by Hoyle that I bought ages ago. Only the white chips matched the white chips from my Hoyle set, and these chips are slightly thinner. Stacking with the Hoyle set is no problem.
I actually bought these chips to use for counters in other games: reality-break or magic points in role-playing games mostly. Overall, I'm satisfied.
