We purchased this kit to improve the quality of our product photography and it didn't disappoint. Our photos are far superior to our previous setup. It includes everything you need except the camera. Their service was outstanding too. I emailed them a question about an item and received a response over the weekend.

At first I was thrilled with the purchase, but after the "ooh-ah" moment died...so did my excitement. Truth is the lights are useless and really only seem to cast shadows on the products you're shooting. Yes, I tried all angles - even had a professional photographer test it out. The "eco-friendly" bulbs the unit comes with just don't cut the mustard - though you could change them, those size bulbs are not "cheap" - though that isn't the main complaint. The real complaint in reference to the lights would be the poor quality of their construction. Here one could use the word cheap. The tent itself is not easy to return to the convenient, carrying case size. Perhaps it takes practice but any minimal effort from my part resulted in the bending of the thin braces inside. Still, if you have product to shoot - it's better than nothing. At least it produces a neutral back drop.

The lights are impressive. It's a joy to work with studio lights that don't melt, for a change too. My studio is much cooler with these lights versus my old, barn lights. I did have a problem with the tent. I called and they got me a replacement right away. Great service!

We received the kit quickly. It had everything but the light shade had a small dent that we decided to live with. We started taking pictures for a presentation that was due soon and were impressed w/our results. We received many compliments and haven't any complaints but for the dent and a little difficulty refolding the tent for storage. It has been most helpful and really fun to tinker with.

Good product for the most part, but I'm finding the lighting is not bright enough for the size of the photo tent.
