great for trimming photo background paper! Jul 24, 2010

I use these mainly for trimming off used photo background paper. The paper is heavy and between 9 and 12 feet wide. These rolling scissors are so much nicer than regular scissors or the box cutters I had been using. Handle helps prevent paper cuts as well.

Not an actual OLO, nock-off Apr 23, 2011

I have two actual OLO rolling scissors and they work excellent for cutting engineering drawings. This teal version is some other brand and doesn't work as good. It has a tough time starting the cut resulting in the paper getting torn and crinkled. Once started it works ok.
not sure this was genuine Olo Apr 27, 2012
By Neil Landers I got this for my parents as a gift so they could cut wrapping paper more easily. We have one at work that the draftsmen use to cut prints down. I don't know if it's the paper or the rolling scissors, but it doesn't seem to work as well. It snags on the paper sometimes making continued cutting of the paper impossible. I expected more but maybe it's because I got a knockoff, so I dunno. The Olo letters were not embossed like they are in the picture and it came in a cheesy box instead of the package they show in the picture. This was more than 2 years ago, so maybe they have the real ones now and they work better...?
