I guess when I ordered these brushes, I envisioned a set of cheap, throw-away brushes I could use for staining and varnishing a new unfinished pantry door. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. They performed very well; well enough, in fact, for me to consider cleaning them for future projects. They have the look and feel of top-of-the-line tools. They fit the hand nicely and the various widths are adaptable to many different tasks. No, they are not up there with Purdy or Wooster paint brushes, but they are a very good value that won't disappoint those who want better brushes than a discount store can provide.

I knew these brushes would not be amazing at the price, however the bristles were all over the box even before I took them out of their packaging.
Very difficult to use as they are falling apart.

I purchased these brushes to stain a few decorative backyard items, and they worked well. The brush ranges are well suited to varying shapes and sizes of job. Product was just as described.
