These arrived great and I've already used them to knit. It's like knitting with a PVC pipe! The only thing I didn't like is that I thought I was getting the green and blue sticks pictured but they came white and blue. Otherwise, no complaints.

I ordered these to have a try at broomstick lace. I was trying to do this with a actual piece of an old broom, but the wood is just too rough and the yarn sticks and is hard to slip on and off, with this large knitting needle it works much better. I ordered the size 35 which is orange in color, not the white shown here. They are very light and easy to slip stitches on and off. However, the tip of the needle (where the color is different) is a separate piece of plastic and the joint where they meet is not perfect. I believe that if you were to try and knit with these, the joint would keep your sitches from sliding smoothly. I should have ordered the Lion Brand, those would work for anything you want to do. Hind sight is always 20-20.

These knitting needles are fine except the points are more blunt than I would have liked. I like the funky pink color!

I've been knitting for a year now and thinks to these needles am takcling an afgan. Two hours and I'm a third of the way finished. Can't wait to make more for Christmas.
