Won't dry. Aug 15, 2011

I used these paints on a canvas three days ago and as of this morning the paint is still wet. It's like this stuff never actually dries. It also doesn't remove easily. I used this with my 4 year old son and it took quite a bit of scrubbing to get it off of him and the table. I'm not very pleased with this paint.
