This shipped almost immediately, and the seller even left a little note in the box along with the invoice of course, thanking me for my purchase.
the product is solid, and I love most of the features. But...
I bought this as a starter jewelry making kit for my sister-in-law, but once I looked over the pliers it was obvious to me that they were not delicate enough for bending wire. There are only two pliers in the kit, and they are a little too big for the fine detail work jewelry making requires. You get a flat nosed plier and a wire cuter. There are no Needle Nose pliers in the kit, and those are essential for wire work.
I am however keeping the kit for myself as it is an excellent "Addition" to the jewelry pliers I already have. I did buy my sister-in-law another set, one that has the proper tools for wire jewelry.

I plan on starting to make some jewelry and this will help just fine - originally I wanted this just to repair jewelry I have - bur this will aid me in putting pieces together.

Great little tool kit for my wife who works on Jewlery. The container is not too flimsy, but the tools are not easy to remove from the holder. This would be my only concern I would pass along to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased. Everything was very high quality and in perfect condition. Haven't put it to use quite yet, but cant wait. Every thing fits securely in the sleek carry case and the case shuts firmly so no accidental spills. Again Very satisfied. Thanks.
