The Gingher cutting mat has no odor, unlike most other cutting mats. The quality is great, which is typical of Gingher products. I would definitely recommend this product. It is well designed and has grids on both sides for extra long life.

* easy on the eyes
* relatively lightweight
* has a hole for hanging on wall
* works well with Gingher rotary cutter
* two-sided/colors for differing contrasts
* useful size for larger projects
* no discernible toxic odor

very pleased, makes cutting fabric easier
and more enjoyable. recommended.

(minus 1 star because it is overpriced and
also not available locally in stores, even
where Gingher rotary cutters are sold.)
