not worth the money Sep 26, 2009
By Amy D. Brewer

I purchased 8 pairs of these little folding scissors for my childrens crochet class. The red handles are made of plastic and began to crack after just a few times of opening and closing the scissors. Not only did they crack, the handles are looped on somehow NOT securely attached. I have used other folding scissors in the past for my childrens class and have NEVER had these types of problems....I am sorely disappointed in this product.

Unfold? Oct 08, 2009
By Karen D. Herndon

I bought these scissors for my granddaughter, thinking that they would be more safe for her to use than regular scissors would be. Unfortunately, they were nearly impossible to unfold and broke immediately -- and I was far more careful with the unfolding than a child would be. Bad choice! And I bought 3 pairs!

Folding scissors Nov 03, 2007

I can not live without them! They are excellent to carry in your purse. The remove those threads from clothing. Removing tags. Use them to cut out coupons when at the store. Use them to open packages of food for the children when in the car. There a million uses for them, just use your imagination.

terrible choice Mar 24, 2010

I just boght 10 pairs of these folding scissors for my knitting class. I bought these because I have a pair that I have used for over 10 years. Obviously the quality has gone down. They are very difficult to open and 3 pair broke on the spot!! I am so disappointed, and would like to get my money back. Do not buy these. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and not good for children. I am afraid they will hurt themselves using these.
Don't waste your time or money. This item is worthless... Jun 23, 2011
By James O. Prewitt I assumed that Amazon had reviewed the item.
The price was ~ $5.
They look good, but won't cut even paper.
Absolutely worthless.
Campmor has one that actually works for ~ $3.00
