What's next? Feb 08, 2009
By R. Kord In all the years I have been doing counted cross stitch patterns, I have never had to sort my own floss. It would not have been so daunting if the floss could be identified with a number or symbol but there it was... a bunch of colors tied together and my job to distinguish between ecru and some other subtle shade of any particular color. Added to that, the floss was said to "bleed"; not my idea of high-quality material. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to do this picture, it was returned along with two others that I ordered. As I pointed out to JoAnn's, is Dimensions' new direction to have the stitcher draw their pattern as well? Sorry, but I've been using DMC for years and will continue to do so or stop stitching.

Dimensions Mar 20, 2011
By Avid Cross Stitcher
I found the black AIDA cloth too difficult to work on and I changed it to white. I will work the background in black thread but this will cause me to lose the depth image in the picture. I liked the design of the picture.

Dimensions cross-stitch kit May 31, 2010
By Kari Zipf I haven't started the project yet, but I've never been disappointed with a Dimensions kit. I would prefer to have been able to buy just the pattern because I have all the floss I need, but I can't pass up a work by Charles Wysocki.
