Lovely crochet case Feb 05, 2011
By Patricia A. Autrey This is a very lovely crochet case that I bought at the same time I bought the bamboo hook set. They just barely fit in the case, but when it is closed (I do like the velcro closing) it holds them all safely without the problem of losing them in my sewing box.

Clover Tapestry Crochet Hook Case Apr 28, 2011
By MaryP I love this little case! It is so easy to use for storing the hooks as well as taking it along with me when I take my projects along on my travels. Plus it is so pretty and I have gotten many compliments on it. It is a well made little crochet tool and very inexpensive for the quality of the product. I highly recommend this crochet case to the crochet enthusiast!

Convenient Aug 01, 2011
By Lori Y Item is well made and a convenient way to store your crochet hooks. The only things I would change are the color (wish they had more selection) and it would have been nice if it had a wrist handle but it is easy enough to make your own and sew it on. The largest needle I could fit in this case was a P 11.5mm, the smallest I have is a 2.0mm. The pockets range in size, the ones on the left are smaller and you could actually fit two small crochet hooks in the ones on the far left but I only have one and it holds it well. I would recommend this.
Very practical and feels luxurious Aug 17, 2011
By Dorota Jarosz This crochet case looks and feels awesome and it appears very well made. Unfortunately, there is no other choice of color or fabric. It is the most useful of the three different kinds of cases offered by Clover (the other two are for knitting needles: full size and mini). It holds standard length (7 in) Boye crochet hooks as well as the bamboo ones, but will not accommodate the whole collection. On each side there are just four slots, various slimmer on the left, same width wider on the right. One would think there should be more slots on the left, because they are narrower and the right side should have varied widths as well. Fortunately you can put 2 small size metal hooks even in the smallest slot. The largest size that will fit in it is P (11.5 mm). There is a flap on top to protect hooks from sliding out, which works great. I put once a set of 5 double pointed knitting needles there, but they are slighly too long and don't fit under the flap, so they fell out.
I would have given it five stars if there were options for tapestry design or options for number of hooks (a tri-fold?). I am only an intermediate level, I don't even own all the sizes, but not all my hooks fit there. Again, I would buy another color to distinguish small from large hooks.
Very useful for travel or on the go and more durable than any plastic cases.
I would recommend this to a friend and especially for a gift, but would advise to shop elsewhere first, because here it is overpriced.
November 2, 2011: I've been using it now for just two months and the Velcro clasp, which I love, got unraveled already. I can still sew it back on, but I expected better durability.
