I prefer the smoothness of Clover Takumi bamboo needles. They are quiet, easy on the fingers and will last a long time.

I bought these knitting needles because they were recommended as being great to work with. I was not at all disappointed. I bought some more for myself and some or presents. They are smooth. I enjoy working with them

I love these needles. They are perfect for use when making beanies that are so popular today. They are extraordinary smooth and a delight to handle. I have had no problem with stitches slipping off the ends, even though the needles themselves are very smooth and a delight to handle.

These needles are the highest quality needles my wife owns hands down. They are made with very high quality wood that will probably last a lifetime. However, I would not purchase again based on the fact that as far as feel when knitting, my wife likes the cheap ones just as much. So if she is happy with 4 needles for around $9 and is also happy with 12 needles for around $3, I am of course gonna go cheap.
Great product overall, and if quality is what you really want then buy these needles. You would not be disappointed with you purchase. For me the price is a big turn off for future purchases from me. 5 stars for the product 2 stars for the price, so I will give it a (3.5 actually) 4 star average.
