It would be a 'great' product if it was easier to open and slightly larger to hold more needles.
Other than that it is a good product.

I really like this container. I wish the plastic was a little smoother so taking the ends off and putting them back on was easier and I wish it was just a bit thicker only because I can not fit my US 15 or 13 in it with the rest of my needles.

It is ok to hold needles, but still too small to hold my 15 size bamboo set. Both covers of the top and the bottom are not very easy to open, it doesnt fit well, so it is not very handy if try to reach to something in the bottom compartment... especially small items, when try to open it hard and the stuffs inside just fall out....

Until I purchased this product I kept my needles together with a rubber band. That was fine...to a point. Actually, the points were the problem. They kept jabbing into the side of my canvas knitting bag and would become difficult to extricate. This nifty holder solved the problem of keeping my needles together while also covering their points. I can even lay it by my side I am working and it holds everybody together while protecting the needles not currently in use. I even got to pick my own color.
