Great Game but SLOW to POST WINS and you must wait for Win to POST before next hand will deal! Dec 26, 2007

I was impressed with this game. Very nice and even comes with 2 touch screen pens. Easy to use and lots of fun. My only complaint is that when you win a hand you have to wait for your money to be counted out/added to your account. It won't let you deal next hand until the WIN is posted and if you win alot it gets very irratating waiting because it's VERY SLOW POSTING WINS into your account. So it SLOWS down your play time alot I would say after 5-6 decent wins you'll be ready to turn it off. If you've played a hand held POKER before you know what I'm talking about. Normally you can hit a button and it makes the payout go to your account without waiting. If you hit a big payout be ready to wait for each $1 to be posted. Other than that this game is perfect. (I guess I'm just not a patient as I need to be?) Maybe the kids would like it?? If it weren't for the SLOW WAIT for WINS to post I'd give this a 5 star rating!

This game has a nice screen with a bright backlight. The pointer works great and is easy to use. The only drawback is that the score countdown takes a long time. 1000 pts = 1 minute. This means that if you win 4000+ points be prepared to wait 4 minutes for the winnings to be added to your score. Kids don't mind, but you will. The computer isn't very smart either, and doesn't bet when it has a good hand...
Don't buy this for you, get it for the kids.

This is very good for long trips because it has 3 games in one. It has the Texas Hold 'Em which I love, and 2 other games on it. If you love poker, you will love this game. Best for long trips.

I bought this for my husband, who is an avid poker player, and he loves it. It is a great little game. I would definitely recommend it.
