This toy is for an older child or an adult. It is too hard to control for younger children. It is safe in the house (if you don't get it tangled in someones long hair), but has little directional control. I would get rechargeable batteries because it can eat them quickly.

I bought this for my older nephews - 20's & they played with it all christmas day & the next week. Unfortunately being December most of the play was in the house & after several hours it inevitably hit the ceiling fans & crashed into the walls. Did not hold up well.

Received this as a gift, but it only lasted about 5-6 flights. The tail rotor broke, and when replacing the tail rotor the tail motor broke, rendering the craft useless. The charging slot / switch is also delicate. Also, there is poor directional control.. up down works good, but right and left is so so, and there is no forward or back. But, what else would you expect from such a cheap price?

I purchased one of these for my wife for Christmas so she would have a toy to play with. It only took her 2 flights to get the hang of flying it. It is almost a month old and is still like new even thought it been flown almost every day, it's had it's share of bumps but it took them well. Great fun even for someone who had no idea how to fly!

I gave this to my 11 year old for Christmas. It was fun to fly indoors. It was a little difficult to steer however. I still don't think we have the hang of it.
