30,000 Pieces of Crap Oct 10, 2008

30,000 Games, indeed.
I wish I would have known that none of the games on this 3 disc set were legitimate, that is brand name, before buying it for my partner's birthday. The overall quality of the games is absolutely third rate, and you can't invest any more than three to five minutes on each before the game itself abruptly ends (they've even misspelled 'loser'...come on, really?). The graphics are sub Atari and the "action games" are hardly that. I would recommend this to a pre schooler, and even then I'd feel a little guilty.

Terrible games - third rate is a compliment Nov 21, 2008
By Brian G. Kane Don't be fooled by the 30,000 games. Sudoku games 1-175 count as 175 games. These games look like the stuff we wrote in my BASIC class on TRS-80s in Freshman year of HS (1987). L A M E.

Many of the functions would not operate in Vista Home premium. Forget about support from these folks.
Have others with similar problems from others so not restricted to this company.

THIS GAME IS A RIP OFF ! Mar 01, 2011
By adamstrange Whatever you do,turn away from this game as fast as you can if you even think that there are 30,000 different games.
Boxed in here are a bunch of titles with different variations of the same game.
In fact, there is a section called 2002 Spaced Out Games that happens to be from what I've seen,2002 COPIES OF THE SAME GAME.
Another one is 3003 Crystal Mazes which in fact is the same game and what appears to be 3003 variations of the same small maze...and the Graphics are crummy.
You can find freeware games with Graphics that are 10 times better.
I knew that the reviews for this game were bad but I actually bought this for just one game in here called WWII Aerial Dogfight.
I didn't expect the latest in high quality graphics but this is a really fun game and the files are dumped onto the your hard drive so you can mod the game somewhat.
There are 3 DVD's and from what I found Disc 1 has the 15000 variations on the same handful of games.
It actually says on the disc CD1 CONTAINS 15000 GAMES.
Disc 2 has the cool WWII Aerial Dogfight game with maybe about 20 other titles and there are no variations of these games...in fact, some of these titles are listed as LE or Light Editions of the game.
Disc 3 is what appears to be a one single game called Puzzle XP Championship 3000 but its not what you would expect.
This one game has lot and lots of real world images and once imported into the game UI, they are cut into pieces and are mixed around so that you have to assemble them back together.
Basically its a computer version of a real world board jigsaw puzzle replicated on your computer monitor.
I'm not a fan of jigsaw puzzles but what I did find is that you can select the amount of pieces from 4 to 5000 and the game will cut up the image into that many sections that you must put together.
It also has a few extra interesting controls that you can set as well as importing your own images.
In total 30,000 GAMES IS NOTHING MORE THAN A REALLY BIG RIPOFF because its not 30,000 games maybe around 15,000 and since they are based on variations of the same games then I would put the total number at around 30 to 50 truly different games.
There should be a law against selling stuff like this because the title is totally based on a lie.

Disappionted Jan 14, 2011
By Charlie There are quite a few games, however, there is not a ton of variety. Some of the games are very difficult to figure out and when you finally do figure them out, you are done. One aspect of the game that did catch my attention was the jigsaw puzzles. I like the puzzles and you can adjust the difficulty, however, I was quickly able to figure out how to solve all of the puzzles by arranging them in a pre-set format. Of course, once I realized that is what happened, I don't select that format anymore. Also, to roate the puzzle piece you have to right click, if you are not over the puzzle piece excatly, and you just zooming through, when you right click to roate and click the first option (as you would to roate), you actually start the puzzle over again! I do not like how this is set up. Many times I have been zooming through a puzzle roating pieces and all of the sudden my puzzle starts over. That is annoying. I gave the games 1 star, I just think there is better out there. I tried to get too much for the price and ended up getting 29,899 games I really didn't need or want to play.
